All items purchased shall be sent via the postal service by recorded delivery and will need to be signed for upon delivery. There is a flat rate for most parcels of six pounds. This cost is likely to go up according to weight of package, if so you will be notified of any extra cost. We aim to send out purchases promptly to arrive with the recipient within the week after ordering. Occasionally there are complications and if so please allow 28 days for delivery. If a custom made piece has been ordered the delivery may be longer as the item has to be made, you will be kept informed by email.

Goods should be returned to the following address, in a condition fit for resale, within 30 days of the date of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
